Real answers are given that can help you make the right choice.  Home Inspection services are provided for Buyers & Lenders of single family & multi-family homes, condos, renovation, new construction, and final walk-thru.  For Sellers, pre-listing home inspections provide valuable information to sufficiently prepare your home for sale.  Within 2 to 3 hours typically,  Home Inspections are completed following the Illinois Standards of Professional Practice visually examining the home’s structural and operating components.

A written report using software is prepared within 12 hours of the inspection (usually by the end of that same evening).  My job as a home inspector is not complete until all of your questions are answered.  As a home inspector, I do not answer to anyone but you. I am completely independent and this is how I can honestly say that I operate with integrity.
