Spencer Home Inspections was established over a decade ago by Spencer Prodromos (Licensed Illinois Home Inspector) with the mission of educating and protecting home buyers in the Chicagoland area. That mission continues to be the driving force in always putting the interests of the client first. I do not have any “special” relationships with real estate agents and I always give my clients the option of being present on the premises during the home inspection.Spencer Home Inspections was founded by Spencer Prodromos who has a wealth of knowledge and work experience in all facets of residential home inspections. Using cutting edge technology, I bring you the most comprehensive inspection results. My educational background and training has provided me with experience in all facets of residential building construction including green construction, mechanical & electrical systems, construction materials and methods, and safety.I have taken many courses on residential building construction so I can stay up to date with current trends.I have never wavered in my commitment to supporting communities. Building communities through responsible business is what I do best.
